Our One Bedroom Self Contained Units are all comfortable, revamped and spacious inside, and are able to sleep 3 - 5 people. The sleeping areas have a queen bed and single beds, with additional bunk beds in the larger units.
We now offer 3 options in the One Bedroom Self Contained Units - Kowhai Self Contained Units - 2 sleeping areas - queen bed fully made up with electric blanket. Single beds are made up. Towels included. Sleeps 4 persons.
Tui Self Contained Units - 2 sleeping areas - queen bed fully made up only - includes electric blanket. The single bed or a set of bunks require sheets & duvets - bring towels. Sleeps 5 persons.
Self Contained Unit Kiwi - 2 sleeping areas - queen bed fully made up with electric blanket. Single bed made up. Towels included.
Wheelchair friendly unit. Sleeps 3 persons.
Tui Units - We do provide pillows, and bottom sheets for bunk beds. If you prefer, you can hire the extra items from the park office for a small charge.
All Self Contained Units have a TV, toilet/bathroom facilities, heating and fully equipped kitchens.
In the kitchen, you will find a microwave, electric or ceramic cooking elements, fridge/freezer, and coffee/tea making facilities, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans including an electric frying pan.
In every Self Contained Unit, you’ll find plenty of seating including a comfortable dining area with table and chairs. Sunny deck with outdoor table and chairs. BBQ & thermal plunge pool nearby. Parking by unit.
Self Contained Unit Kiwi is accessible, with an adapted bathroom plus an approved ramp and landing.
